AlpacaRMS Business and Retail Management System

A full service, full-featured business management system and point of sale for retail, quick-serve, light commercial, and delivery serving the B2C and B2B markets. Manage sales, customers/clients, invoices and accounts receivables with aging and inventory control from a browser based administrator; and sell from virtually any hardware platform (tablet, PC, handheld). AlpacaRMS accepts many payment methods – the standard payment methods of cash, credit cards, gift cards/certificates, PayPal, custom payments, and the added convenience of Bitcoin/Lightning payments (and other crypto currencies such as USDC and USDT).

AlpacaRMS is offered in two levels – Retail Essentials POS, and Business Management.

Retail Essentials POS – a point of sale (POS) for retail businesses such as gift stores, food trucks, cafe’s and quickserve – where the customer pays for the goods and services at the register.

Business Management – includes Retail Essentials POS, with the addition of powerful invoice management tools including accounts receivables, recurring billing, aging reports, and statements.
